We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us and may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities
purchased by a customer.There are some countries which we might not be able to ship to due to problems associated with
delivery, and therefore we will immediately inform you of this should this be the case, and arrange a refund promptly.
Returns Procedure
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email within 7 days, and we will give you a refund as long as the item/items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all tags intact. We ask that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery so that they can be tracked and signed for, therefore providing a small amount of insurance should they be lost or damaged.
Please enclose the delivery note with your item and the reason for its return. We do not refund postage costs unless the item was damaged due to our negligence. Items which are lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are insured, when sent by Recorded Delivery, and we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal Service to try and achieve a satisfactory outcome. Should this become necessary please note that a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail/Parcel Force, and this usually taks several weeks so please be patient and we will try and keep you informed of developments as appropriate.
